How It Works
The Referral Process
Referral
Send us the case details and relevant documentation. We acknowledge referrals within 48 hours, review the requirements and allocate each case to an appropriately experienced occupational therapist.
Quotation
You will receive a clear fee quotation, agreed scope of work and proposed timeframe before the assessment proceeds.
Documentation Review
Relevant medical, legal and clinical documentation is reviewed in advance, ensuring the assessor understands the case background, key issues and questions to be addressed before the assessment takes place.
Assessment
A comprehensive occupational therapy assessment is completed in person or, where appropriate, via telehealth. The assessment is tailored to the individual and the specific medico-legal questions set out in the instructions.
Report & Court
We deliver a clear, evidence-based medico-legal report within the agreed timeframe. Where required, our occupational therapists are available to provide clarification and expert evidence in court.
