We are the data controller in respect of personal data collected through this website and in connection with our services. Data provided in the course of a referral is used solely to carry out the requested assessment and produce the relevant report. Contact enquiry data is typically retained for 12 months. Medico-legal reports and associated clinical records are retained in line with applicable professional and legal obligations.

We do not sell or rent personal data to third parties. We may share data with the party who referred a case to us (such as a solicitor or insurer) as necessary to provide the requested service.
